The laser quit working about 2 weeks after the return period. Can't figure out how to contact the company, and trying to use Ebay's product support was infuriating. If the company will replace it, I'll change my rating.Update: company contacted me and replace the pointer. New works great. Hopefully it will last. If it doesn't, I'm confident the company will try to make it right.

This is a knock-off version of a well-reviewed and popular laser pointer on amazon. My laser stopped working, but could still change slides. I suspect that the always-on functionality had it stuck on in my backpack and burned it out. I've found this little laser / remote very helpful for giving presentations. After a little time out of use, mine died and the sellers replaced it immediately. Great support, great customer service.

After nearly a year and a half I had a minor problem with my unit. The warranty card said the coverage is for 3 years. I sent an e-mail asking what I needed to do and I received a quick reply. After a couple more quick and friendly messages I was sent a replacement. After about a week the laser turned large and blurry (see pic). Not usable in this state, the pic was taken with the laser at about 15 feet. by the time it gets to over 20 feet it is almost too dim to see. again. not usable. waste of money.

Buyer beware. The sleeve around the USB insert came off inside my laptops USB port. Very poor quality and do not recommend

This is an excellent laser pointer and will advance your slides.but if you have any videos in your presentation you are not able to activate the videos using this pointer. If it had that ability I would give it five stars.

The device is good, it could be better and had options such an on/off switch. It worked without a problem for almost two weeks until it got discharged. Once I plugged in to my computer with the included usb cable I charged its battery but the laser pointer no longer works!.Very sad and disappointed, now I have to get a new one from other company but seems to be a challenge to find a Bluetooth and laser pointer.

I am a HS Biology and started using this in my classroom. It allowed me to walk around the classroom and go to the spots in the classroom that you need to go to for management.The laser pointer works good and I liked that it was green. The kids could see that I enjoyed it and I felt like they enjoyed cause of that because it was a new thing that was introduced later in the school year.It also works with google slides which is what I use. Updated review: Although the laser did stop working after a month, the company reached out to me and replaced it. The do have a warranty. It does work very good. I have used it for meetings and classes at work. Has no problem with Powerpoint presentations on a Windows based computer. The laser is very helpful to point out important things. I'm very happy they replaced it and pleased with the customer service.

Initially this worked fine. After a few presentations I haven't been able to get it to work again, regardless of charge. Now it is just a green laser cat toy.

UPDATE: The customer service was amazing. I got a replacement almost immediately. We'll see how it works but I can say for the price I'm impressed with how helpful they were.They mentioned that they replaced the lasers used on the clickers to make them more reliable.ORIGNAL: The laser pointer stopped working two months after I bought it.

Excellent functionality and the laser beam can even light up to 60m. Very amazing! Volume up and down control is very useful in my presentation for playing video too.

I needed something that would work on a PC and an iPad. I've tried a few others and been unhappy. This one just works. The laser is bright enough and it's easy to use and understand. I like it when stuff just works.

The USB receiver fell apart the first time I plugged it in. The sleeve got stuck inside the USB port. Once I got the sleeve out I could not reassemble the receiver. The entire unit came apart in several pieces. I recommend you move on to a different vendor.

Cheaply made. I use this clicker for the college-level classes I teach, two days a week. The setup at my school requires I use the USB option, which worked great until the dongle broke apart into its component pieces after less than two months’ normal use.I firmly believe that the act of plugging and unplugging a dongle on a regular basis should not cause it to fall apart, especially after a few weeks. I'm a teacher and I purchased this item so that I wouldn't have to walk back and forth from my computer to board during lectures. Unfortunately, this item only works in RF mode and only if you are standing really close to the computer which defeats the purpose. Although the company advertised that Bluetooth mode is possible, however, the window they say you need to set it up never pops up. Perhaps this device was compatible with an older iOS?

The presenter's green laser is has a cooling effect to the audience. Works well across MacOS & Windows. Unfortunately not with iPadOS as some features like the page move function doesn't work while using PowerPoint. Hope this issue can be rectified soon.
