After nearly a year and a half I had a minor problem with my unit. The warranty card said the coverage is for 3 years. I sent an e-mail asking what I needed to do and I received a quick reply. After a couple more quick and friendly messages I was sent a replacement. There was nothing but apologies and verification requests and I had a replacement in 4 days from when I sent my first e-mail asking about the warranty coverage. I consider this very honorable of them to not only fulfill their warranty but also the speed and friendliness in the communication to resolve my issue.
