I got this because my son used to complain all the time that his switch on the wifi isn't fast enough and if you have a switch you know nintendo did a terrible job with connecting it so i ordered this adapter and initially didn't have a very good experience, for one reason or another it wouldn't let the switch plug into a wired line, so i wrote a review which wasn't very friendly about the adapter i then got an email from UGREEN to my surprise it was customer service and they went out of their way to send me a new one to try and even though it After a few extra days and more complaints from my son, the new adapter worked as advertised, I'm actually satisfied r with the company's attention to the buyer than with the product, although the product still works and yes I would order again.
