I have used this on my Samsung 21 ultra which is one of the largest and heaviest phones and so far I have had very few issues with this phone mount. I mainly use the vent holder, which I find more practical. You also get a lot of movement, which means I can easily adjust the angle and it will maintain that angle. So far, the mount has held up perfectly on all my short trips. I haven't had any issues with it falling or my phone losing grip. I can still charge my phone while using it and the quick release makes getting out of the car a lot easier. I once had a holder fall out on one of my longer trips that lasted a few hours, most likely it was a few minor bumps not one big bump that caused it to fall too much but I took care to place the holder . Holder on the passenger side so that it does not fall into the footwell in the event of another fall. I haven't used the suction cup that much, but due to my limited use, I'm just as happy with the amount of movement I can make with my hand to get the perfect angle and suction power.
