Unprofessional stitching and disappointment
I just got the Vans and they weren't that good and honestly I trusted Vans to take good care of the shoes and be of the same high quality as the one in the shop. . I have white vans with a bit of dirt on them, which wasn't a big deal. The big thing was the stitching on the outside and the padding for your foot. The seams on the outside were untidy and the padding on the right boot had come loose from the heel. Very dissatisfied and lost confidence in online shopping
