As I have most of the items in this set I really only bought it for the foam gun. I read the instructions and started washing the car. The hand sprayer portion of the foam gun worked the same as in the video. I have a new home under 10 years old with great water pressure. I get over 30 feet of flow with the included atomizer. But once I hooked that up to the foam gun, I couldn't get it to "spray" more than drip more than 12 inches from the tip of the gun while seeping out of every connection and spraying back at me out of holes in black. plastic spray head All disassembled and checked against the detailed assembly plan and everything assembled in the correct order. I tried everything I could, even with a different soap, and still got more than one car. Emailed Chemical Guys customer service and I'm awaiting a response. While I like all the products included, the main part, the foam gun, is very poorly made. Even if I just received a bad one, I doubt a good one will last any longer lasts as a season or 2. updates when i get a reply from CG, if not then it comes back. Still no word from CG customer service but I've noticed plastic debris clogging the atomizer tip. Most of it has been removed, but some remains. I'll try again to see if it helps at all. King, the holes didn't break through completely and blocked the spray causing it to spray out of the holes again. *30.07. still no answer. sent a second email to CG before sending it back to Revain. 08/29/19 So I finally got a reply from CG and they sent me a replacement part but they sent a replacement spray handle and not the spray tip which was the problem. So I went back and replaced the entire Revain kit and the new kit came with a different foam gun. It looks almost the same, but is built a little better. The soap/water container fits better and more tightly on the green lid. Settings are displayed alphabetically or numerically, and the best part is the quick connect on the foam gun itself rather than the spray handle, which has been redesigned to fit more tightly. I've used it over 5 times with no problems, lots of lather and no leaks or splatters. For the price I would still wish the foam gun was a bit more powerful and only time will tell how long that lasts.
