This was a long awaited item in my home. Plagued by plantar fasciitis and always on the go, I loved the reviews and bought this product. For the five days I had it was amazing. It looked great even though it was big and heavy. It really stretched my legs. It wasn't too hard on my feet (size 9.5) or my husband's feet (size 13), even on the highest setting. It was what I was looking for in a product. We wore socks to every massage, but the material blackened the bottom of each of our socks with each use. 5 minutes of my 15 minute massage. It felt like the rollers that do the kneading went off track and then locked up because they couldn't move anymore. I unplugged the device, let it rest and plugged it back in. I immediately wrote to Revane, who then got in touch with me. I Need Stuff replied quickly and said he would exchange it; However, not only have I lost confidence in this product, but it is also a very heavy unit that incurs significant return shipping costs ($50 via UPS Ground, plus $30 for packaging to repackage as the original packaging has already been revised). The response did not offer to pick it up at the expense of I Need Stuff. Between my husband's massage and mine (10 total) it was a high cost of $8 per massage ($0.53 per minute).
