Review on Sapling by Gopal Baltimore

I like how easy it was for our team members who are new at saplings, which made their experience very smooth compared with other platforms we have used before! It's also great that you can use this platform as an internal tool too instead of having multiple different apps or tools out there (which makes managing them easier). This could be improved if they had more integrations into third party applications such as Salesforce/Zendesk etc so one less app would make life better :) We're solving many problems within my organization but mostly around time-tracking & employee retention issues since most employees don't want jobs where paperwork takes up 90%+of day activities anymore when technology has been able solve these things well enough already!!
