We ran a cleaning company in the past and loved light duty vacuums so we decided to give them a try after Bissell made a terrible change to their light duty vacuums that we were so happy with. It sucks really well, which is probably its only plus. Crews quickly hated the way you remove the hose. The Bissell had a handle that you could grab and easily remove and use the bottom without attaching an extension hose. In this one you push a button and attach an extension and you're still bending to get at anything because the wand isn't long enough and the hose is hard to put on so you keep tipping the vacuum back and bending down, to get behind the TV stand baseboard etc. then the nozzle keeps falling out of its holder (actually we lost one at the customer's somewhere). We made adjustments by adding velcro to the nozzle and now it seems to be holding it in its mount. Cable doesn't fit, keeps falling off, very annoying when going from house to house. It's meant to be commercial so I'm not sure why these things were overlooked during the design process. I will never buy again.
