Review on KOOV Ceramic Rectangular Bakeware Cooking Kitchen & Dining by Johnathan Hegie

I love love love the red pan! Not very yellow.

Love love love this pan! That's exactly what I wanted. It's larger than any other pottery I've found, a true 9 x 5 x 3.5 inches. This way the loaf is a good size for a piece of bread for sandwiches. I like that it has straight top edges instead of ribbed ones. To me, the ridged edges of yeast bread look messy. I love that the base is glazed except for maybe a 1/4 inch margin around the bottom edges that it rests on. I love that I can put it in a 500°F oven. I love that it bakes perfectly evenly. I always lightly oil the molds before I put the batter in them. I love that it cleans effortlessly, when it cools down, just pour in a drop of liquid dish soap, top up with warm water and do everything else for a few minutes. Then wipe with a cloth, rinse and dry. I wish they made the same pan but longer and I know I will use both. I bought the red one and may add the yellow one to my collection soon. Update: I ordered the yellow pan because I really liked the red one. Unfortunately, the yellow bulges on the sides, so this one looks sturdier (my new word) instead of a nice tall loaf. I wanted the two pans to be the same but when I bake two loaves at the same time the difference is noticeable so I'm disappointed. I know ceramic tableware is an imperfect product, but it turned out to be more imperfect than I expected or wanted. Note: I replaced the yellow loaf pan with another loaf pan and it's way better! Very happy with the service. 09/12/2021 Photos added. The first shows a loaf of bread in my red skillet, straight out of the oven. The second photo shows the second loaf of bread in my yellow pot just pulled out of the oven. In the third photo, both loaves have been removed from their molds to cool and one loaf has been oiled to add flavor and make it softer and shinier. I love pans and usually use both at least twice a week.
