I bought this product expecting a nice bedside table. Instead, I received a table with damaged wood, discolored parts, a drawer that didn't fit flush, and unusable screws/locks/dowels. I assembled it hoping the damage wouldn't be visible, but the damage was clearly visible. Revane asked me to return the table which meant I would have to take it apart and then assemble a new one when it arrived. When I told them about it, they offered me $20 and asked me to keep the money. I mentioned broken screws, locks and anchors, after which I was told they would give me a $30 "LAST OFFER". I told them I just need new parts to fix the table and they said they couldn't supply it. I am very disappointed with how poor the customer service was. As good as Revain is at shopping, he's bad at customer service when he's wrong.
