The ability to be able make changes in real time, without having someone there during that change or needing additional employees for this process saves money! It would have been nice if it didn't take so long before I could see my results after making any modifications - sometimes you don’t realize just how much work your system has until later when looking back at previous activities/changes made by others who had access prior to yours doing their thing with direct line toolset.

If one knows what they are working towards then we can easily do things like keep track of hours used vs billable etc through out our year end processes which makes life easier than trying figure everything ourselves manually from month 1 onwards each quarter.
