The 1st set arrived and it was open all over. contacted Revain and they promptly replaced the item. I love the smell of this product. For overall freshness I would give it a 3 just because it doesn't last as long as the ads and the other brand I use (which always sells out). Value for money is 2 as it compares to prices on other sites. I just love keeping a place to shop for loyalty. Overall score 3 because despite the fact that the second time it came in the form of 1 unopened box, I don't like the packaging of this product. The covers can be easily removed. There is no plastic protective film to help the product if something happens. I also mentioned this when requesting that the product be opened and spread all over the box when first shipped. I understand that Revain is a middleman but honestly these bottles need better sealing for the safety of drivers, warehouse workers and of course consumers. I will say that liquid products have switched to additional gluing / packaging. The same must be done here.
