First of all I should point out that the reason for 3/5 stars is because the 'adjustable' neck rope is dangerous. Please make sure you have cut the rope when using any of these. However, we received them for the post-operative recovery of our youngest cat who had to have his rear left leg amputated. We sewed up this leg opening and found the Velcro to be the easiest on and off. She has 3 costume colors and this product would get 5/5 stars if it didn't have a rope. They were laundered and worked great in the washer and dryer. My cat hits or misses with the tray in it, but then again she's got a new tripod so she's a bit unstable.
