Comes folded, even when backordered

These are nice signs but will be delivered curved. I reordered and BOTH got my money back and a replacement. That means I got two as gifts - hence the two stars. But I can't use a shield that's bent and crumpled. After all, this is a sign. What should people pay attention to? The whole time.

Pros

LAMINATED PROTECTION: Laminated graphics are protected from the elements and rough handling to keep them looking fresh. Graffiti can also be removed. Clear UV laminate resists chemicals, UV rays, water and abrasion.
