Review on 🧼 2 Lbs Melt and Pour Soap Base with Shea Butter - Our Earth's Secrets by Kristin Anderson

Great product - very easy to use

I bought this melt and pour soap base to create Christmas gifts for my friends and family - I wanted something simple like I've never made before but something that did it too was good for the skin and all natural. I spent hours researching and making a few test batches before I found the perfect soap for everyone on my list (recipe below).1. After cutting into small cubes (1" x 1"), the soap melted easily in the microwave - I placed it in a large Pyrex measuring cup and microwaved it in 30-second bursts to avoid burning (I stirred them in between each time). 30 second streak) - I found it very easy! 2. It smells wonderfully clean and contains no artificial ingredients. This product contains titanium dioxide which gives it an opaque color (I later discovered that most soaps do)3. It's smooth and creamy and feels very comfortable on the skin - it doesn't leave a greasy or oily residue.4. It foams well even with all the extra ingredients I added. . Melt the soap in the microwave as above2. Allow the melted soap to cool slightly before adding other ingredients - this will help them float in the soap and prevent them from falling onto the floor3. Add shea butter or mango butter, coffee grounds, clay and essential oil4. Stir until well combined5. Pour the mixture into the mold and leave overnight (it will set in 3-4 hours, but I prefer to let it set fully before demolding). I highly recommend this product for all of the above reasons.
