No Compression and they are see through

I ordered the purple color. They are very see through and they provide no compression, so no tummy control. Ok for wearing around the house but i would not go out in public. I am tall and the top of the waist band lands on by belly button. So they are a high waist.

Pros

The pockets are perfect for holding your phone or keys when running!

Cons

The high waist design may not be suitable for women with shorter torsos, as it can cause discomfort and awkwardness during workouts
