The quality is worse than I have ever seen, a complete disappointment

Here is my real review after a considerable time of using the product Samsung Wireless Cancelling Charging Included. Strange sensations. Compared to the Samsung wired earbuds that came with the phone, the Galaxy Buds Live were VERY disappointing.

While feelings are controversial. Maybe I just got a marriage, BUT before one earpiece fell off, the sound, to put it mildly, was of very poor quality, and most importantly, VERY quiet .

1. They don’t fit perfectly in the ears . Maybe you need to get used to it . 2. Very quiet sound ((( 3. Wearing headphones necessarily touches the control sensors, which is very inconvenient. 4. An hour after the start of use, the right earpiece fell off, and was no longer connected . I tried to reset the settings. Returned it to the case. Rebooted the phone, but nothing helped (((
