Great price it's a keeper.
Arrived on time. Not liable. In size 2X and I 250, pear shaped. I'm 5.5 tall, the skirt hits my ankles and sits on my belly button. Navy blue skirt with a soft, flowing effect. I was going to wear it over a bathing suit, I think that would work. Gathered slightly at the waist but not as much at the front. See pic. For the price, it's worth getting.
