Bad design - Telescope accessories

The clamp on the binocular eyepiece is completely unsuitable. Once clamped, it slides off easily, rendering the adapter useless in a cellphone that could be damaged if dropped. I've tried this on several binoculars and it doesn't work on any. Poorly thought out
