Review on Rainier Gear Sport & Hunting 1150 Yards Laser Rangefinder - Linear, Slope, Scan Modes - Compact, Waterproof, Accurate by Aquarium Lanter

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Incredible clarity, ease of use, battery, case and wrist strap.

This rangefinder is incredibly easy to use! With only two buttons on the device, I think anyone can quickly learn how to use it. To use it, just press the power button to turn it on, and if you forget to turn it off, don't worry, it will turn itself off after a short while to prevent battery drain. You then aim the range finder at your intended target, make sure the target is within the reticle, and hit the power button again. The range of the objects is displayed immediately. If you want to use another mode of the range finder, you just have to press the mode button. This range finder has a really handy mode where you can measure the distance to an object and if the object moves it will still show you the updated distance. On the face of the rangefinder is a lens that can be rotated either counter-clockwise or clockwise depending on whether what you want to see isn't clear. All in all, with only three settings, I think this is a good range finder for those who are new to range finders or don't want a range finder that is too complex. The best thing about this range finder is that it is very clear. I'm not sure what kind of lenses were used, but I believe they are of high quality. The listing says it can measure a range of just over 1,000 yards. I think it's probably possible, but it would be incredibly difficult as the rangefinder doesn't have a great deal of magnification and at that distance it would be difficult to keep the rangefinder still. I find this range finder best for ranges from 50 to 500 yards. It comes with a battery, but I would recommend taking a second battery if you use it in the woods as the battery is not a standard battery. CR2 battery. I also want to make sure it's clear that it's waterproof and not waterproof. It's very light but still a bit bulky if you're hoping to fit in the pockets of your blue jeans. It should fit perfectly in the cargo pockets of shorts or hunting trousers. Finally, I like the added bonus of a case and wrist strap. The case is thick and protects it from dust and scratches from lenses. I also like the wrist strap because when I use it for hunting I don't have to worry about accidentally dropping it on the ground 30 feet under the raised hunting curtain. I would recommend this rangefinder as the clarity is very impressive. and it's easy to use. I also like how it feels naturally in my hand. I've also included images and videos with additional information that you may find helpful.
