I love the simplicity of this desk but always found the keyboard was too high working directly on top of the desk with a monitor stand. I was looking for either a new desk with a keyboard tray or something that I could just fit on this desk and I found this item. I was not sure about spending the money but figured if it worked it was a more economical and simpler solution than getting a whole new desk. It came in a relatively small box and had minimal screws that were needed for assembly. You do need to have a Philips screwdriver on hand. I put it together in less than 30 minutes and was back to work. This is something you can easily take on and off or transfer to another desk if you need to. No permanent drilling just clamps you tighten on like a vice. I definitely recomment this you'll save your shoulders and you'll love that it also frees up desk space too!
