Ribbon good. Great adhesion and really stiff, too stiff for a cheap dispenser! I wasted a lot of tape before it was finally "loose" enough to be usable. First off, just trying to keep the tape running is nearly impossible. The tape is very sticky, which is good, but you have to grab the "dispenser" so it pushes down on the tape spool, and it's even harder to pull it out. When I finally freed it, the cutter was almost useless! I could not cut it even if I wound up the tape and pulled with all my might. I finally got it working with some effort and lost about 6 feet or so of tape.
