Review on Carat Girls' Clothing: Stunning V-Back Tulle Gowns by Chris Lapan

I love this fluffy and puffy dress so far it's a bit rough on the inside but overall it's amazing and I really love that it has a puffy layer on the inside and I think the gems are a bit itchy but i just fell in love with this dress, when i saw it i immediately felt like i needed it so we got it and oh my god im still in love with it but i think the gems, the ones they stick on are a little itchy on my chest which is annoying and I think they should fix it because in my opinion it's quite annoying, that's my rating of 4.9 stars SUPER!
