They work fine without the FOB key but the most important part i.e. The key is perfectly cut and turns the lock and ignition but does not program the car to start which is the most important feature of replacement keys. There is no way to contact the seller here to see if they can fix the problem. I can only return the keys but honestly how do I do that after I've already cut them? If all you want is FOB then it's worth every penny. However, if you're like me and want a key that will actually start your truck, don't waste your time.
