The shoulder bag is well made and looks very nice. I wanted something for my large tablet and some other items for my upcoming trip. Based on what other reviewers have said and the photos provided online, I figured this bag would suit me. That's less than I expected. My first problem was packing my stuff in the middle compartment. The internal zipper is quite tight, making it difficult to load large items. I'll send it back and keep looking. If you need something to carry your books and stationery along with your phone and maybe a small iPad, this could be for you. Just remember that it doesn't last much.
