I'm that horrible person who always reads reviews but never writes. But I'm so happy with this monitor that I wanted to share it. I travel a lot for work and sometimes have to deal with a lot of reports. In this case it makes sense to have two monitors. I've bought a travel monitor in the past, it had good reviews, but it had one of those weird screen covers that you have to fold into a triangle to stand up. I swear it's like rocket science. I could never remember how to fold it (in fact I was specifically looking for a portable monitor with a better stand when I found this one). Operation also required multiple cables: one for power and the other for the monitor display. It worked fine but I lent it to my daughter and never got it back. I was on a business trip last week and had to take an external monitor with me. I needed one that would come quickly. This remedy had good reviews, so I gave it a try. I ordered on Friday morning and it was at my door on Saturday. The monitor has completely exceeded my expectations. It's very light, has good resolution, the magnetic lid works like a dream, and you only need a single USB-C cable to connect it to your laptop. Ideally! It was up and running in 60 seconds! What could be nicer, now he accompanies me on all business trips! Now that I'm back home, I usually use two monitors in my home office. But this one worked so well that today I hooked it up and got a third monitor. Worked great! Why didn't I think of that sooner? Three monitors change the rules of the game!
