The case is difficult to open. The spring that keeps it closed is solid, but there's nothing to grab to open the case aside from a tiny slit you can poke your fingernail through. The charging port cover is located directly under the slot and is particularly annoying when connecting the charging cable. You can't just slip your earbuds into a case and expect them to start charging. You have to fiddle with each earbud to get them onto the copper pins properly. I had two other headphones that fit perfectly without any fuss. Sound quality is good, but no better than other brands I've used. Can't comment on the battery life as I keep mine plugged into a USB port in the car which keeps it fully charged. But it's quite heavy, so it probably has a bigger battery than most. Update: The left earphone stopped working after about 3 weeks. This time I will try a different brand.
