They have done an excellent job in helping us make our site look more premium and professional through their UI upgrades, as well as providing support and insights to help us get there faster. The service is great for what it offers - good people who care about your project! Nothing at this time that I can think of would be a downside of using them. We hired Invenda to work alongside another agency we were working with, adding new features such as the ability to run promotions, etc. This really helped improve our conversion rates and add some much needed functionality to our platform, without having to hire out additional development resources or spend money up front doing so. I like that it is easy to create an account, even for someone who has never done online marketing before. It's also very intuitive once you get used to using it. The interface can be confusing at times but if you are willing to put in some time, the learning curve gets easier. We were looking for something to help us track our website traffic as well as give us insight into what we could do better when it comes to SEO. This tool does just that!
