So I tried Bamboobies reusable/washable pods, as well as a pack of Lansinoa pods, and Motif pods are my favorites. With these nursing pads I can fold my bra cup and feed my baby and the pad stays attached. I feel drier with this liner than the other two, and it has just enough tape to keep it in place, but it's also easy to remove or adjust. With washable bamboo pads, they're good in a pinch, but I feel wet and sweaty with them on, and they're also constantly piling up or falling out of my bra. I had a pair of Lansinoa breast pads that did not remove well so the band and part of the back of the pad tore and remained on my bra. I could also feel very wet while wearing them.
