My usual lip balm didn't work so I decided to try this one. My lips immediately went back to normal. My youngest had severely cracked lips and her lips healed and stopped hurting by day 2 with minimal applications. I bought it again because my family liked it! The ingredients can't be beat either. For me, the mint is an added bonus that I absolutely love!
