I love how easily you can schedule employees with different times zones (i.e., Europe time) so they have enough flexibility not only during their normal 8 hours of working but also when traveling or going home between 10 pm - 7 am! The software allows me see what tasks are left unfinished by my team members which helps keep everyone accountable. For example if one employee has something due this week then i would be able to check his/her status from anywhere since everything gets synced automatically whenever an update happens within our office account. Sometimes some fields get outdated sometimes there should definitely be more customization options available depending upon individual needs. It's pretty straight forward once someone familiarizes themselves wth its system. Just make sure all users are trained properly otherwise things will seem very confusing especially those who come after them. Scheduling work across offices, departments & countries was always difficult until happy schedules came along and simplified most processes associated with managing remote worker schedules.
