This N+B No Tear Shampoo can be used on both hair and skin. The back of the bottle says baby soap and shampoo. It's nice to know, and I'd understand even more if I knew. (A product that does double duty when you have a squirming baby is much appreciated.) It cleans well. It was gentle on my child's skin and hair and did not remove sebum. It lathers well, although I wouldn't call it "thick creamy" lather as advertised. I didn't care about the smell. It smells just like J&J baby powder, which I don't really like. It washed away my baby's skin but baby hairs remained - even after it dried. For this reason I would not take it again, although I would try a different flavor from this company. This is a non-irritating, gentle product.
