I love that we can connect with our employees using this tool, which is great for getting feedback! We've been able to really get good insights into what's working or not when it comes to onboarding new hires as well as helping us understand who needs training and how best to train them (it helps if you have some prior experience). It has also helped me identify areas where we are falling behind other companies/organisations compared to similar sized ones around us - so now am looking at these opportunities more seriously than before and trying my hardest to fix problems there too! As mentioned above, nothing - just keep going and make sure everyone knows about the service & benefits of joining up! There is no downside right now but they're constantly adding features and enhancements every month and making things easier etc., so would definitely recommend giving their team a try & signing up soon! I like how it is simple, fast & effective for gathering feedbacks/ideas of my team members (colleagues). Also love its ability as well share with other teams too! Nothing much at this point :D but i am sure they will improve more soon!! We are using Hive internally which we created our own internal version called "Hive". So far so good :).
