Cool stuff! Much cheaper than any DAC you will find and does exactly what it claims to give you more volume and bass! I recently bought a pair of Razer Krakens and felt they lacked the deep sound quality of my Turtle Beach Stealth 300, but I was sick of the headset dying because of the built-in amplifier, so I bought the Krakens and found myself at a disadvantage . Bass. I found this little guy and couldn't be happier because I now have the same sound quality, if not better, and a more comfortable pair of headphones with a better microphone and network noise cancellation. For those who have issues with this being uncomfortable, although I don't find it a major inconvenience, I've found a solution! Just use a 3.5mm male to female adapter (installation shown in the video). The device does not need to be plugged into a USB port on the PS4 controller, it just allows pass-through charging for your controller. As for noise/hiss, I've found that you can easily adjust the volume on the device and in the settings or on the headset to balance it out and you can make it loud enough without hiss. It just needs some tweaking and it's still pretty loud.
