Heavenly Have remote control
Original Toshiba remote control came, looks old; I put in some batteries and it worked! An adjustment is not necessary. I'm glad I bought two replacements when I saw this model was discontinued. I'm used to using the buttons on the TV to turn it on and off (kind of an exercise), but it's definitely more convenient with the remote control! Update: Here I am 14 months later and the power switch on one of the replacement units has failed; Glad I had a backup! Now I need a backup of the remaining backup!
