I rated it as "easy to install" with one caveat. I need to remove the old wiper. For some this may be easy, for others (like me) you will need to use a puller to pull off the old wiper as it is stuck. Once the old wiper is off, installing the new one is extremely easy: less than 60 seconds running time, hence 5 stars. It looks just as good and performs just as well as the OEM. Cheap, easy upgrade.
