Works in power strips
I originally bought this for a trip where we needed lots of USB outlets. It worked great, we now use it daily for all our USB and regular jack devices. The block itself is quite bulky, but I like having two different switches so you can turn half off if you want. It doesn't get hot at all, the cable is comfortable and long. I like this stand over traditional power strips, it may not be as discreet but it has many more ports and is easy to reach.
