The sound quality of most of these songs is so bad that you can hardly understand them. They play in the same order every time you turn it on, which is why we've heard Happy Birthday chanted a billion times because our 2-year-old turns it off and then back on. Many of the other songs are either in different languages or the songs are not suitable for children (I didn't recognize most of them but two of my teenagers clearly did and said they were pretty bad for a toy meant for children) . The snooze/parrot feature is pretty fun though. You have to press a button at the end of each song to start the next one, which is a bit annoying, but if you don't start a new song it goes into parrot mode and repeats everything with a shrill chipmunk. Voice. It can be funny when someone walks into a room and starts talking without knowing the cactus is on. All in all, this could be a decent gift for an older teen or adult, but again, it has terrible audio quality, so be aware. I bought this for my 2 year old after seeing his advert on social media and I am very disappointed.
