No idea what everyone is complaining about? Everything is perfect (no scratches or scuffs). The 4 step instructions were easy enough and YES, there were no pre-drilled holes for the base (but I think it gave me a good fit). Just turn the thing over, center it, and circle the pillar with a pencil. I dripped 4 drops of crazy glue to keep it in place and attached the handles to the drawers while it dried, turning and flipping it. If you find it slightly off-center, you have another option to fix it by screwing it to the tabletop. My drawers match the white tiles on the right perfectly. Maybe they tightened quality control because it's beautiful and durable.
