I've used it for several hikes and walks around town. It is very comfortable. The camera (I use a full-size DSLR) works stably when walking due to the point-to-point connection. In comparison, the camera shakes more on my BlackRapid Sport system, which only attaches to a tripod socket. I can't say that one system (Peak Design or BlackRapid) is better than the other. They are different and personal preferences dominate. A few comparisons: Peak is easier to put on and take off and easier to attach to the camera. Not surprisingly, the BlackRapid feels more secure with the camera in place and the extra strap attached under my arm. As mentioned, the camera shakes more in BR, but the way the lens hangs from the top seems to cause more "lens creep" at my zoom. It looks like the single point mount on the BR would work better when carrying a long telephoto lens with its own tripod mount. I haven't tried it on the peak yet. Finally, BR works better when wearing a backpack, although it's a bit harder to put everything on. My personal preference: Peak for everyday use and easy hikes. BR for more energetic walks. But you can't go wrong with that either.
