I bought a pair of athletic calf wraps but they didn't stop the muscles from twisting into knots at night. My pharmacist said she could order them for me, but I made them with Revine. I found it a bit pricey for a prop when there are others here for the same price but for a pair. It looked like something I could use and damn it works! all night. I tightened it and adjusted a few times so the print was right over the knot. Perfect. I was able to stop all the cramps I've been feeling so far. It's such a relief. worth your money. I highly recommend. One more note: I've ordered a cheaper pair to use every night but they tend to slip off. It's not like this. It stays right where you put it. I compared them and this one has a built in stem form while the others don't.
