So I got this in mid-April and it's now June. Although the sides were not locked or unlocked more than half a dozen times, the locks on both sides became loose. Now I just have to leave it open fearing the piece on the side of the bag might come loose and tear it up. If it were a $20 or even $30 wallet I'd just shrug it off, but I expect $60 latches to actually work. Update: all said and done, this bag lasted less than 6 months. After locking, the handle broke and the strap began to tear. All I carried with me was my phone, charger and cable, keys, wallet, headphones, coin purse and some sort of hair stick, so it's not like I'm carrying lead weights or anything. If you just need something to carry your phone and wallet with you, that might be fine, but don't expect it to last long if you're stuffing something else inside. Although the bag was very cute, honestly it was a piece of crap.
