Review on OFM 530 BLU Collection Midback Computer by Kurt Ahui

This chair was purchased for a home office. A few months after receipt, the side armrest didn't hold up. We contacted support, sent photos and got a new chair. I think it was a refurbished chair because 3 months after receiving the new chair, black plastic pieces started falling off the bottom of the chair and now the chair wobbles and tilts to the left. We contacted customer service and all they said was we had already been given a chair and nothing could be done. I haven't even had this chair for 6 months. I didn't ask for a new chair just to fix it. It wasn't $100, it was an expensive chair! very upset
