Shift mechanism is not reliable
Worked once and a third time then jammed and would not stop. The switching mechanism is unreliable, you never know when it will fail, when it will work. When it comes to laundry transfers, you need something more reliable. I'm glad I put the pump in a swamp so it doesn't ruin my new floors. I do not recommend buying this product.
