Review on Dienspeak Vibration Acupressure Heads，Remote Adjustable by Michael Alves

I ordered this for my mum who has DVT in her legs and leg ulcers to improve her circulation. I carefully read the description and it seemed to me that it would help to train the legs and thus increase blood circulation. However, when I received the product and read the instructions that came with it, it said not to use it if you have diabetes or the person has a pacemaker, both of which my mother has. When I tried to return it I was told I would have to pay for the postage and send a receipt and THEN they will issue a refund and refund the shipping cost. Well, shipping such a large product cost at least $85 while the product itself was only $109. I thought the return postage would be paid by the seller and not sure if I can get a refund AFTER delivery so I don't know if I should just keep it to myself even if they refund me the item price and don't refund the item price. Shipping costs, I still have no $85 and no product. Very upset about all of this.
