Weak! Used twice and broke in my hands!
Do not buy! I would give "0 stars" if I could. The lever on the handle moves left to right and doesn't stay in place, so you lose the springy rebound needed to trim cuticles. The tool is not sharp, and to make matters worse, the tip of one edge broke off when pressure was applied to cut off the pinky's cuticle. waist money! I have the ones from the dollar store that are in better shape than these. Don't say you weren't warned!
