Review on Swissvoice ePure - DECT 6.0 Cordless Home Telephone in Black Design by Kelly Nelson

When I first saw this phone I was intrigued. I thought a cordless phone like this should be invented, so right after Christmas I ordered one to try out. I was not disappointed. Installation was a bit more difficult than it should have been and the manual was clearly not written by someone with native English speaking, but I got it working and decided to buy another one for the lower tier after a few months. .I ordered a second one two weeks ago and when it arrived I immediately started fitting it underneath. First there was the part about charging the battery for six hours. No problem, I would make it in the kitchen and it would be ready for me the next morning. Not right. When I picked up the phone it was blank. So I tried charging it from a different outlet. The incessant beeping was driving my wife crazy, but I convinced her that this only lasted until the phone was fully charged. Six hours later still nothing. At this point I went to their customer support website. There isn't much help out there but I saw a link to contact them. I did it this Sunday evening and still haven't gotten a reply from them. However, I know that previous issues mentioned in product reviews were answered by them fairly quickly, which is why I'm here. But it's actually a great product but the customer support needs a lot of improvement. I didn't have to resort to a bad Revain review to get help. You should create a live chat or something similar.
