Review on Tactical Flag Police Enforcement Patch by Kelly Caballes

I wanted to write a clear review as the reviews for this product were confusing. This item is an adhesive patch or can be used as an adhesive patch. This patch is very durable and made of thick material. It was easy to wear over a cotton sweater. However, the outline of the iron-on patch didn't have much adhesive and didn't adhere very well to the sweater compared to the center of the item, so I gave it a 4/5. Overall it looks good and works well.
