Review on 🧹 Bissell O Gaskets Geared Brushroll for 5770, 5990, 6100, 16N5 by Rodney Shepherd

The product does not match the image. The only thing different is the rail that grips the band. The one I received had no grooves as shown in the photo. I tried to paste it anyway and it doesn't fit. I have a Bissell Powerclean Multi cyclone filter. I uploaded two pictures. Red is original. It is the same as shown in the picture. Now I have the gray roller. You can see how the belt track differs. No belt grooves. The receipt that came with it says I have to pay for the return shipping. They didn't send me what should have been an exact replacement and now they expect me to refund my money! sounds a bit messy. I'm waiting for a response from Amazon regarding a return.
